Shipping policy
Orders generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive. In rare situations, orders can take up to 38 days to arrive (although most orders will not take this long). You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped (via e-mail or SMS text) within 24-72 hours. If you have not received a tracking number after 72 hours, please contact our support e-mail. If you ordered different items, your orders may arrive in different packages and on different days due to many of our items being stored at different warehouses. You will receive a tracking number for each package if your order is sent out in separate packages. In the rare incident of you not receiving your package within 38 days after the initial shipping date, or if tracking information is marked as ”delivered” and you have not yet received item after 24 hours, please contact your local USPS. If they cannot locate your package, please contact us. You have a 3-day period (after order is marked as delivered) to report a lost package to us. We urge you to contact us immediately if your package is lost in transit. All of our items are 100% covered by insurance. If your order ever gets lost during transit, gets delivered to wrong house, or comes in damaged, etc.. contact our support team via e-mail. We will replace the item 100% free if the tracking link shows it was delivered to the wrong address.
