Warranty: Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. 305 Ice offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please let us know via e-mail. In the rare occurrence of a damaged/defective item, wrong item, or any complaints, please send us an e-mail with your order number, description of the defect, and photos showing the defective/damaged item. We will happily replace the damaged/defective or wrong item(s) free of charge. The item must be brand new/unworn and must be returned via post office. To replace a lost or damaged item, visit #7 and #8 in our FAQ section. (Please be advised that 305 Ice takes false claims seriously; it is against the law. We will take legal action for any/all false claims). We also offer an extended warranty for worn products. If your item ever starts to fade or rust, please send us an e-mail with your order number and a picture of the fading/rusting. We offer this guarantee for a lifetime. There may be a small deductible fee for some items, we will notify you if so. We also may require you to cover the shipping & taxes.

 

Shipping: All orders are custom made and will take approximately 1-4 days to be made. Orders will ship out on the 5th day after ordering. You will receive a tracking number once it’s shipped (via e-mail). DO NOT rely on “Shop App” to track packages as they may be having technical issues. You may access tracking information via USPS Tracking. To track package, copy & paste your tracking number (received by “order shipped” e-mail) into Google, click USPS “track package”, click “View details”, then sign up for text alerts with your phone number once the status says “Pre-Shipment”. 1st stage after your package leaves our warehouse is “USPS awaiting package”, which indicates your package has arrived to the first transporter (Pitney Bowes) and your item was scanned and synchronized with USPS. “Pre-shipment” is the 2nd stage of shipping. This indicates your package has started commuting across state lines and is in route to your local USPS. In order to get your package(s) to you as fast as possible, Pitney Bowes (main transporter) will not stop at any checkpoints. It is normal for “pre-shipment” to remain as the status majority of the time during shipment. This indicates Pitney Bowes is currently transporting your package across state lines. Your package will not have location details until it reaches your local USPS. The 3rd stage of shipping “On it’s way to USPS” indicates the Pitney Bowes truck has arrived in your city and your local USPS will load it onto a USPS van within a few days. An estimated delivery date & time will appear on your USPS link when it arrives in your city. A package “ In-Transit” indicates it is successfully in route to you on a USPS van. The final stage before being delivered is “out for delivery”. Once a package is marked as “delivered”, it will be in your mail box/PO box or front door. The tracking link will also say where it was delivered to, the time it was delivered, and where the package was left. Sometimes it will be marked as “delivered” 24 hours before you received the item. If you ordered different items, your orders may arrive in different packages and times due to many of our items being located at different warehouses. You will receive a tracking number for each package if your order is sent out in separate packages. In the rare incident of you not receiving your package within 42 days after the initial shipping date, or if tracking information is marked as ”delivered” and you have not yet received item after 24 hours, please contact your local USPS. If they do not have your package, please contact us. You have a 3-day period (after order is marked as delivered) to report a lost package to us. We urge you to contact us immediately if your package is lost in transit. All of our items are 100% covered by insurance. If your order ever gets lost during transit, gets delivered to wrong house, or comes in damaged, etc.. contact our support team via e-mail. We will replace the item 100% free if the tracking link shows it was delivered to the wrong address. Shipping times may be delayed due to Covid-19. The estimated shipping time is 7-38 days. (This is one of the main reasons why we are having the huge sale! To compensate for the shipping delay). Most orders will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Shipping times are estimated, not guarantees. By placing an order on our site, you are agreeing to wait 7-38 calendar days to receive your order (although most orders will not take this long). Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Refunds/Returns/Cancellation: We provide a lifetime warranty to all damaged/defective items. Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please be sure to select correct length/color before placing order. Ensure your shipping address is also entered correctly before placing an order. By placing an order on our site, you agree that your order is final. By placing an order on our site, you also agree to wait the estimated shipping time. After your order is placed, we cannot re-route your package or issue a refund. If your item is disposed by USPS due to an insufficient address, delivered to an incorrect address that you provided, or is undeliverable due to an error you made, you will not be entitled to a replacement. We will only issue a replacement if the error was made on our end or an error made by USPS. If an order is lost, contact us to request a replacement order.
