Order Tracking

Tracking numbers may take 24-72 hours to be received 

 Once your order has shipped, follow the instructions down below if you would like to track your package:


1. In the order shipped e-mail, there will be a USPS tracking number link at the bottom. Click the tracking link attached to the e-mail.

2. 1-2 weeks after package has left warehouse: USPS tracking page will say “USPS Awaiting Package”. This indicates USPS has successfully received the tracking number from Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes is the first carrier we hand it to. USPS will be the 2nd carrier to receive it. USPS will use the same tracking number once they receive it. (Location will not be available until stage 4)

3. 2nd-3rd week: Tracking will be marked as “Pre-Shipment” (with no location). At this stage, press “Get Updates” and enter your mobile number to sign up for USPS shipping text alerts. 

4. 3rd-4th week: Tracking will say “On Its Way To USPS”. During this week, the status will have location and change to “In-Transit”, “Out For Delivery”, then “Delivered”.


Due to Covid-19, there is a shipping delay affecting USPS. The estimated shipping time is 7-38 days. On average, customers usually receive their orders in 2-3 weeks. We appreciate your patience!
